F-30,Kero Or Gas?

I have a 1937 F30. It has the duo fuel tank but
it does not have heat control on the manifold and
it doesn't have radiator shutters. Is this tractor strictly gas?
Also it has no temp gauge and appears it never
did. Is this correct?
