Had the same problem with a 460D, no oil pressure after rebuild. Thot I was a good tractor mechanic, but no oil pressure left me guessing. I pulled the pan and put a garden pump up sprayer hose in the oil channel of the block. Filled the sprayer with trans fluid and pumped up the sprayer. Found out that the oil was pouring into the pan from the back cam bushing. I had had the block boiled and new cam bushing put in at a repair shop. After reading the manual, the bushing were to be driven from the front of the block, but the guy got in a hurry and drove the last bushing from the rear. Thus, bleeding all the oil back into the pan. Took me a month and a lot of head scratching to figure out why I had no oil pressure on that engine. I learned the hard way. HTH mb
