Someone has changed it. If you want the tracttor to be original you will need to start with a different cover as original doesent have a fuse nor a sw for the ignition. The fuse is internal on the four position lite sw. Your H came with a magneto and a kill sw down on the arm that holds the hy control lever. You should get an ownerws manual as it will show wiring dia if you want to keep it original.
