Stopped by to visit an old (83) friend of my deceased father today. We got to talking about old time farming. He told me of the long hours on the tractors, his M's, and then how the diesels would go almost all day on a tank. I asked if he still had it and he said 'yes, they are down in the shed. Went down there and there were four. All in working clothes. He said he had them all fired up and running (static) this fall. If one of you guys in SD is looking for an M Diesel I think we can talk him out of one. There are also 3 H's there, and a 450 D. He isn't a collector, these were all working units for him as he row cropped and had cattle on his 1100 acres or so. His nephew (60 yrs old) 'borrowed' the SMTAD a few years ago for a sickle mower tractor, beer can hay and clean up around the buildings. That one is mine guys.
