Looks to me that you have a fast hitch frame 0n that tractor that has been adapted to cat. 1 3pt. Those 3pt. hooks (missing some latching parts by the way) should come out by removing a bolt or two and taking the fast hitch drawbar from the side rail and putting it in those sockits after removing the 3pt. hooks. I.H. never had a good place to store the fast hitch drawbar when not in use. Do not discard any of the 3pt. as you will want to use them later or you can sell them to somebody who can use them. Also you need a parts manual to help you understand whats missing. Most of my fasthitch experence is with 300, 400, and 560. If you have any more questions please ask. Armand
