I agree with Riverbend, I will also add that the tractor is not being used hard enough to get hot enough to limit condensation on the manifold. When started they make lots of condensed water vapor. every five gallons of gasoline burnt produces one gallon of brand new water. It is the ashes from a hydrogen fire. YOu need one other thing to do. Find a 2" NPT pipe tap. (borrow one) They are big. Remove the pipe from the manifold with a pipe wrench. Clean the existing threads with a small rotary wire wheel. Use cutting fluid and the tap to chase the threads to make them new. Buy a piece of 2" schedule 40 black iron pipe about 12 inches long with threads on one end. Use silver colored permatex anti sieze compound on the threads, and screw it in. If water can get out it can also get in. That will result in rusted cylinders, and a possible stuck engine. Good luck with it, the problem is common, and needs to be fixed while it is still just as it is, and not stripped out alltogether. Do not weld the pipe to the manifold, it ruins both. JimN
