Wet stacking or slobbering is a diesel engine problem when unburned fuel is coming out the exhaust because of cold conditions and long idle times.
Gasoline engines just have condensation (water) coming out from running cool and idling too long. If there is fuel coming out the exhaust on a gas engine, you have carburetor problems.
