That will help with the wobble, but creates other problems. The tires will wear different and handling in general in the field will suffer. The wobble could be worn bushings. bearings, or wheels not mounted to hubs on center. Lots of times this can be cured by just centering the rims on the center hubs. Running one tire at one pressure and the other at another pressure is not a good fix.
