Thanks for the replies guys. And I welcome more if there is some. I truly value the opinions of fellow tractor people who have made similar choices. After thinking this through most of the night (literally) My gut tells me this morning that I have enough to work with to keep working on this old relic and try to improve her attitude (and mine). Plus I've already had some gracious offers of some parts to make that happen. Surely with 50 hours and 1000 bucks I could revive it to some status in the shed among the others. I also have a 1940 H that is completely redone so maybe I will sell the 47 instead. Thanks, you folks are the best counsel out there and don't charge near as much as the lawyers! Migraine
