You need to tap on the sleeves with a piece of 2X2 oak once you have the pistons removed. Then you can access the old seals. Be sure to thoroughly clean that block area where the seals are installed. There's usually dirt and rust in that area. Clean the counterbore in the block too. Once you have the new seals installed you can coat the bottom lip of the new sleeves with dish detergent and install them. Should go in by hand. You may need to make a little bracket to keep those sleeves in place when installing the new pistons. Hal
