Be glad you have a fence row to put it in. You should see my YARD! I have to chase off scrap hounds at least once a week! One way to look at it is, think of all that stuff as "organic weed control". weeds cant grow up from under stuff sitting on the ground, like from under old cars/trucks or tractor tires. ;)
