Howdy Boys: The Super M has been really running rough lately. I rebuilt the carb and I replaced the plug wires. Then, I decided to give it a tune-up. Problem: Each time I set the points at .020 on one lobe, they measure different on the other three lobes. The shaft wiggles. Can this be fixed? Or, do I need to find another SM distributor that is not worn out? Additionally, I read the article in Red Power magazine about different springs in different distributors, so I guess I would need to find a "J" code (Super M) distributor? Be my luck, I'll look at 200 distributors before I find one of those!!!! Thanks in advance for your help. mike durhan
