Though I am first a Minneapolis-Moline collector, there also are some Farmalls in the family. The favorite book in my view with the most detailed information and photographic history is the "International Harvester Farm Equipment Product History 1831-1985" by Ralph Baumheckel and Kent Borghoff, published by ASAE in 1997. IHC Archive photos were obtained from the State Historical Society of Wisconsin, Madison, WI. The book touches on the "C" and "Super C" series tractors. A new book, Farmall Letter Series, is just coming out this winter. Red Power magazine contains loads of information, plus letters, ads for books and videos on IHC tractors--P.O. Box 277, Battle Creek, Iowa 51006 or (712) 365-4669. I have not seen the front blade you mentioned. We have a C RC, and also two Super C's RC and wide front, both with fast hitch. We have the rear blade, digger, cultivator, carry-all, 2-bottom plow, and sickle mower attachments for the 2-point hitch. p.s. If you like the replicas in addition to the real big boys toys, check out Ertl's 1/16th scale Farmall C Collector Edition Tractor #4021DA out this winter. Supposed to be available 1/99 at Case IH dealerships--I got one for a Christmas gift at Al's Farm Toys, Mall of America store for $50.
