Hugh - The 12" of snow forecast here for overnite did not materialize. Rather we got about 6" of mixed snow and ice pellets.
However it's snowing again now. And looks like blizzard conditions at the Bills/Browns game now underway in Cleveland - meaning we'll be getting it here in Rochester in a few hours.
