Greetings! The designation of narrow and regular deal with the width of the rear end. As for the fairway, that mean that there were extra wide rear steel, about 24" wide, and the front two wheels although mounted in the normal tricycle fashion did not have and angle--the front axle was parallel to the ground to prevent wreaking the golf course grass. The Farmall Regular with the standard tricycle front had the axles slightly angled to improve steering and when the F-20 cam out with the worm gear steering this angle was increased greatly.
