NY Joe doesn't say if the 350 is a Utility or Farmall. Even if its a utility, it will still have a bit more heft than either the 135 or 3000. If it has a working torque amplifier, that will be another plus over the other two tractors. Possibly the 350 Utility's biggest weakness is the steering box. Beware if the steering is really sloppy, you might have trouble fixing it. Its the most likely part to have already been transplanted from junked 300 and 350 u's. If the 350 has a fast hitch, it can be fitted with a 3 point adapter.
