1) About 40thp at the drawbar 2) One lever controls the 3pt, the other the speed that the draft control reacts. 3) If you've got an independant PTO (they do list a trans driven one for a 504) the rear housing has a stack of clutch and brake discs. It can be that the linkage needs to be adjusted to get the brake to hold. By the way, is this a Farmall or an International?
