Dad keeps his neighbors plowed out every year. He collects country hams, several messes of fresh fish throughout the year, and even gets 60 acres of free hay for plowing one out. One moved 100 miles and hired dad to haul 6 loads of horses, he hasn't seen her since. Cost him almost 300 in fuel, and got nothing in return for that. My neighbors on the other hand, always manage to skip any compensation of any kind. One did give me a fith of Wild Turkey one year. I would rather had the ham.
