I have a few ideas to offer... mine is on an H, but the M would be even easier to put belt drive hydraulics on as there is much more room in front of the engine.
The liftall reservoir really doesn't hold enough for more than about a 5 GPM pump - the oil will get pretty hot if you don't have enough capacity. I put an oil cooler on my H in front of the radiator to help the problem, but it still gets pretty hot.

And this is how I put live hydraulics on my H (on an M, the pump would hang out the other side, or even underneath):

Puts out about 15 GPM at full throttle and will develop near 1000 psi before the belt slips. I have a priority valve plumbed in for my power steering, and one of the spools has float for my mower.
