If you've got an electric hydraulic pump in the truck and the C has been converted to 12V electrical, you can just hang that off the tractor, wire it up, and use it just like you did on the truck.
You can also use the tractor's hydraulics by installing a bypass block and a two-spool open-center hydraulic remote valve. The cylinders on the plow aren't anything special. Just drain the old oil out of the cylinders and hoses before you hook them up to the tractor, as it may be incompatible with the HyTran in your tractor's system. You'll also need to refill the hydraulic reservoir on the C a couple of times as the air gets purged out of the hoses.
