Production numbers question for the experts...

I finally picked up the IT manual that shows what models were produced by year, by manufacturer...with the serial number by year tables in the back. I noticed that IH made an I-1026 as well as a F-1026, separate serial number entries. I found in the operators the difference (steering mostly). My question to those with the expertise is how many of each were made? The serial numbers show beginning number of each year, but don't show the last number used to give an idea of how many were made. Just curious, and thanks for any replys!
