I have a 1973 model 1468 that I bought about 3 years ago. It is the most original tractor I have ever bought, Came from a 80 year old fescue grower in Oregon. Has original cab with its own serial numbers, dual hubs and tires, all lights that work, air and heat that both work great, runs awesome and turned 148 horse on the dyno and the pump still has the seal wire on it. I have 2 very minor items that will be changed back to original. I bought this tractor very reasonable and would not sell it today for less than 20,000. I believe these will be a good collector item in years to come and most others that I have seen for sale or trade need so much work, engine parts are hard to come by and quite expensive. I realize that in some parts of the country they don't hold much appeal and probably would not be a good winter chore tractor but I sure enjoy driving mine and hope to do some disking with it in the spring as I believe that tractors need to be worked hard to keep in shape, just like me!
