As far as I can tell, there is only one person, maybe two, on this board who can tell you what you need to do. That would be D Slater and maybe the Tractor Vet.
One of the problems with your question is you haven't told us whether you want a H with a TA or not. If you want the TA it is not a big deal unless you can find a 300 with a TA eliminator. Not likely on that score.
You can change the axles and axle housings but why bother. The rear frame will probably have those already attached. The frame lid will have to be changed and the H shifting forks installed. The motor will bolt up to the H center section but the center section internals probably won't be compatible with the 300 rear frame internals. I'm just guessing on that. Anyway you look at it, it is a hair-brained idea. You are probably going to have to give up the PTO.
I would never ask the question you are asking. I would get the parts books of both models and start figuring it out. But rest assured that what you want to do is something I would never do. I would rather put a TA into a Cub just for the heck of it. A 300 rear frame in a H is just too mundane. You won't get no 'r e s p e c t'.

To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
