GG: If your 706 wont plow your snow with angle blade or loader, you have problems. 706 with good wheel chains will probably push as much snow as any 2 wheel drive tractor ever built. Basically the same chassis as a 1466 with less weight up front.
If that don't work, here are some suggestions, 966 Cat loader, Articulated tractor, Road Grader, FWD truck. Having said that, here's betting if I started at first snowfall, I could plow your snow with my Farmall 130 and 6' angle blade. Don't call me a dreamer, I have plowed snow with Graders, Articulated tractors and construction loaders. One thing I learned plowing snow, quite often the bigger they are the harder they fall.
