If it won't turn the tractor over, something sure is wrong. Won't turn it at all or cranks it real slow? If not at all I would have a hard look at my cables first and then my battery. If real slow, I would put it on the charge and/or get it tested. FYI when I was having troubles of this nature it was high summer and the battery tested fine the first time I took it in....but it was a bad battery. HTH
