Sorry, don't have an H or any need for a drawbar. Thought it might be interesting to some to know that IHC called this drawbar "Quick-Attach." It was first used on the F-12. The F-12 drawbar, and the mower for the F-12, fit perfectly on an H; I used to use our F-12 mower on our H, which had the earlier PTO that didn't extend out so far as the later one that was probably cooked up to meet the standard PTO dimensions that were adopted sometime in the 40s. For their day, the QA implements (mower, cultivator and probably some other tillage equipment) were considered state-of-the art. They really were pretty easy and quick to attach, IF you didn't leave the implement to settle in the ground too much from one season to another, so that in the following summer the bolts didn't line up with the matching slots or holes in the implement.
My father always said he preferred IH equipment "because of the drawbar." Most other tractors had a little stalk coming out the back. A couple of people besides the driver could ride to the field on the IHC drawbar (a no-no today with all the safety standards, I supppose), AND with a little ingenuity, it could be made to carry stuff, like a few bags of grain on some planks bolted across the drawbar. A kind of mini-pickup.
