i'd take the block to a competent machine shop, or a machine shop that does hot rod motors.they may be able to resize the bore, bush and pin it, or resize the bore and match up a bearing that will work. see if they can track down the cause of the spun bearing. could be an oiling problem to the front bearing causing the failure.
