On the left side of the 460 just under the clutch rod is a square-headed pipe plug (9/16 wrench). remove plug. if oil comes out you have enough. If not remove 3-bolted plate by right of gearshift lever and add oil till it comes out of plug hole on left of tractor. As for the pump there is two small steel lines and one large steel line(that becomes a hose and goes into the valve body by the clutch pedal) that enter the side of the tractor just in back of the clutch and TA shafts enter the housing. This is where the pumps are located. The two smaller steel lines follow the left frame rail to the front of the tractor to the PS valve body. But the first thing to do is to change the hyd filter. This is under a cover (6bolts I think) on the right side of the housing ahead of the brake pedals. You will lose a qt. or two of oil. I have a 560D so I think they are the same. BTW the PS pump is piggyback onto the main HYD, pump. Hope this helps. The OP manual or I&T manual sould cover this in more detail. Armand
