The lift link will be harder to find than the rockshaft. When I was messing around at the Case site I found the page that listed all the stuff and of course now I cant find that page again. From what I remember they still listed the lift link and collar as available. You will pay a high price for the stuff from Case but sometimes it better than looking. If theres a Case close call them and have them look it up for you.
Like the others suggested, call around for the arms. There are two kinds of them. The older one has the upright arm that slants toward the rear and then they changed it sometime after 1948 and the newer one sticks up straighter. The newer kind is in the picture below.
I have never measured but you might also find a lift link from a 140 that would work. They are a lot thicker rod than came on the SA and has a "hook" on the front. A lot heavier spring as well.
