Dave: I think he should change to City Boy Mike, at least that is what I find myself wanting to call him. I've even done it couple of time on forum.
However since he's moved to the country, and if he no longer believes City Boy is a good choice, maybe he should go with Country Boy Mike. I could call him worse, but only when he pokes fun at me.
