1st TA with 10(11.2)-28 tires is 1.6 mph, 1st high is 2.4, according to Guy Fay's data book. I do not have a 300U, but I have heard of rototillers on TA equipped tractors. A more common tire size for the 300U is likely 11(12.4)-28, which will be a little faster.
