Brad: I don't think many of these folks know what engine flywheel hp is. Most of them are coming back quoting you drawbar and PTO horsepower. I don't think combine figures will be accurate. I knew this figure back when I bought a new 1066 in 1975. This is not right sccurate but I think you'll find 1066 engine flywheel is 12% to 15% higher than PTO horsepower.
I don't know as this matters a whole hell of a lot, most 1066 I've come across and I'm talking back when they were new, and as they came from the factory. My 1066 cranked 158 hp from the factory, and I've heard of at least two dozen others that came in between 150 and 160 on PTO.
I owned 16 new or close to new Farmalls in my lifetime. Of the 16 only one did not exceed both manufacturers ratings or the Nebraska tests, and most of them went 8% to 15% over. The one that didn't measure up was a Farmall 504 gasser.
