I'm so darned old that I can remember when everyone laughed and snickered at those Fords and Furgeisons with that flimsy, silly little three point hitch.
Then, implements started getting heavier and the patient laws started having some teeth. Enter the 2-point by IH.
It could only go so far tho because of it's weight limitation and FINALLY after the wars were all over, done with and settled, IH could put on a decent 3-point hitch. :>)
