I'am not Marv but he is right on the serial number break. Its in the IH parts books for the Super H. Two other changes on the stage II is a side mounted three bolt starter vers a center mount two bolt on the stage ones.. Also the stage II has the serial number plate mounted horizontal instead of vertical like the stage ones. Here's a picture of my 1954 stage II super H before restoration, still in progress.
