The past 3 M's I've gotten haven't been running and required a lot of work to get going. The one I'm looking at getting now runs however the head and part of the block have been welded. Guy says for about 10 years it's run that way and seems to run fine. What is a fair price for a running M with rough paint and a few oil leaks run for?
