I have a Zenith aftermarket carburetor on a Cub that I can't identify to get parts. The float needle and seat are the parts actually needed. It had a needle with a rubberized tip that was distorted and sticking in the seat which prevented gas from entering.
The only numbers I can find on the carburetor are B38-74-15 on the venturi and ER2 209 inside the bowl. The smallest diameter of the Zenith venturi is 0.585" compared to 0.47" on an original IH carb. These measurements were made with a dial caliper, so there is some chance of a small error.
I have no other information about this carburetor, so any information will be helpful.
