Should be an alum tag on the firewall under the gas tank. If there is only holes or rivets left, then look on the side of the engine block for a raised pad. There should be engine serial numbers stamped there and they match the tractor serial number. A 29 and newer will have a loop type manifold and an oil filter. The manifold will have a square plate with 2 bolts on the center top and say gasoline on one side and Kerosene on the other. If it doesn;t have that plate it is older than 29 and will run on kero only. (It will run on gas but not well when hot)If it has 3 "gas" caps one is for gasoline, one for kerosene, and one for water which feeds into the engine to keep it from pinging under loads when on kero. Some only have 2 caps for gas and kero.
