These are probably the biggest pain IH engineers designed.You stand a good chance of tearing these studs off the bottom of the radiator when wrenching on those nuts,especially those with a rusted cotter pin in them.Been there done that.Now I just lean the radiator forward against the springs and block it,then I take a long metal blade in a sawzall.lay it flat on the casting and saw the bolts off. That will leave a short stud you can weld a bolt to.I found it's a lot easier this way than trying to resolder the tab plates back on the radiator
