John, If it was a grain truck I would guess at it being a 1 1/2 ton, probably a 1600 Loadstar. Search for 1600 or 1700 Loadstar and you will probably find a picture you can use. If it was a 1 ton it would be a 1300 (not loadstar) but that is really too small to be a grain truck. Most single axle grain trucks in that time period were either International 1600 Loadstar, Chevrolet 60, or Ford 600 in our area.
