Read the tag again. If it is an International Super A1, the tag should read Iaa1. The 1 means it is the industrial version of the Super A1, built only in 1954. Main difference is that it has the C123 engine, vs the C113 in Super A's. There were 1672 Super A1's built, both Farmall and International. The vast majority were Farmall, so there weren't many of the International version. Check the serial to make sure, 356001-357958. The engine serial prefix (above the #1 spark plug) should begin with FCM. I can almost promise you that it is not a Cub.
