I got one of these fuel solenoids several years ago from an IH dealer. I bet you can still get them. Also, you can buy replacement carburetors for these tractors and they do not have the valve, but have a manual adjustment where the solenoid goes. The solenoid valve is to shut off the main jet to prevent dieseling when the engine is shut off when hot. I don't know about the fuel pump, but I bet you can get it from an IH dealer also.
