I noticed that some 45 A,s had a nub on the outside of flywheel and some dont is there any reason for this, Mine is elcetric start and i think it has the nub on there but ive see ones that are like mine that are smooth, in the middle, Im needding the sheetmatal cover that goes around the outside of wheel to cover the teeth, I think alot of them fell off and never were put back on again,
