Haven't actually done this myself, but being from an engineering background I can see how I'd do it fairly easily:
Dad's got a nifty splitting stand, and I figure I'd just mount that toward the front of the tractor, and use the giant turnbuckle chained to the drawbar mount to lift the front end of the tractor. Zap off the bolts with the burp gun. and roll the old front end out of the way. Roll the new front end underneath, burp the new bolts down tight, remove the splitting stand, and drive away.
