I do crop insurance claims and part of our job is to occasionally "measure" a gravity box. Not to be a smart a**, but you could be talking anywhere from 150 bushel to 600 bushel. We generally try to get the farmer to take it to town and get it weighed. There are formulas to measure a gravity wagon. It generally involves trying to divide the box up into cubes, pyrimids, etc. and figuring the cubic feet. Take the cubic feet time .8 and you will have bushels, as long as the moisture and test weight are good.
