I recently purchased a 1952 Super A Farmall to restore. It runs great, but has oil leaks. I removed the hydraulic cylinder block that sits under the gas tank to replace some seals. When removing the block, a part fell out of a hole where the manifold block mounts to the cylinder block. It looks like a small CO2 cartridge and must control the hydraulic flow some way. I do believe it is a valve. I am not sure if there were other parts that fell out. (ie spring or something)nor do I know how it goes back together. Based on the witness marks on the valve, I put the cylinder block back together and the front lift will work. The back lift is not working. Can both lifts work at the same time like newer model tractors? Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? There are only two holes and one is for the filter, so I know it is in the right place but might be missing a part or could it be backwards. Thanks for your time, Glenn
