Hi Mike and Hugh, I checked my TC-52A Farmall 100 and 130 series Tractors parts (dated 4-15-57) book and do not find the engine part number 366204 R1. However, my parts book proceeds the end of the Farmall 130 production and therefore your block part number (and chassis serial) could be a late model 130.
I did find a listing for the blocks (otherwise identified as the CRANKCASE, assembly) with the following: 354985R94 C-123 501 to 36000. Also, 366294R91 C-123 36001 up.
I suppose you could check all the date codes on the major chassis parts (trans, engine, final tubes, etc) to help narrow the year of manufacture. Although I'm not sure of the sequence of the date codes....could be in 1956 they used "B", "C" for 1957, and "D" for 1958. These codes appear in a date arranged as follows: month, day, letter(year). For example, 5 * 5 * D would be May 5th, 1958.
I own a 1957 130 with chassis serial 4231 J. Here is a picture for reference.

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
