I agree it is a 25V or 27V. I have a 31 which is very similar. My dad purchased this 31 new back in the mid 50s, and I cut approx. 70 acres with it this past year, and plan on doing the same this year. Mine is mounted on a C and uses a rod attached to one of the rock shafts to lift the cutter. I replaced all the guards a couple years ago, and adjusted it per the manual, and it does pretty good with the exception of the bearings and drive portions are getting pretty loose, and I need to give it some tlc this spring before starting out if I can get the parts. I love cutting with the C and 31 mower. Keep us updated on your progress if you do any restoration on it.
