There really is no "draft control" on the 400.
There is (or should be)a hydraulic cyl. on the right side of the tractor to the front of the fast hitch that adjust the for and aft tilt of the hitch and regulates the depth of your plows. On many of these tractors, the cyl was removed and a pin was installed to keep the hitch level.
