Coupla questions about diferences in h blocks. I've worked on 3 h engines,a 43 and a 44 model,both have oil filter drain tubes. Tore down a 45 model,it has a plug ,do they have to have it or not? Also noticed the 45 model doesn't have soft plugs on back of block,45 doesn't appear to have ever been into, everything std. Just wondering thanks
