RR is right there are 2 bellhousings a #1& #2 I believe your 4568 has a #2 I think you will need a #1 to go to a big Cat or Cummins. Be aware of the rpm and tourqe differences on the bigger inline 6`s. They turn slower and have way more tourqe.The transmission & transfercase are designed for the V800: 2650rpms. If you run in a higher gear to maintain the same ground speed you will have trany or tranfercase problems. Also you will have to lenghten the frame. A Detroit 6V92 or 8V92 may be a better match.( not nessesarily better motors ).I considerd all this on my 4586, I rebuilt the V800. Good luck.
